During the past couple of weeks, I have noticed that various construction barriers (hay and plastic fences have been installed in the section between Mark Dabling and Garden of the Gods. This is in preparation to construction on the North Nevada corridor. I expect with the weather impoving that you may encounter more activity. I do not think it will block the trail but it may be annoying with earthmoving and grading equipment creating a dusty mess.
