The section of the Front Range trail from Palmer Lake to Woodmen Road in Colorado Springs

2008 05 11 Update

Just a quick report. Trail conditions are fine. Since we are mostly done with winter, I do not expect any poor conditions (other than the heat) through the summer. However, the bathrooms in Monument are still not open yet and there is not water there or at Baptist Road trailhead yet so I had to carry all my water all the way.

As my water need increase, I sometimes leave a gallon water jug on the bridge that crosses northgate but if you do this, please remember to stop back and pick it up after the run.
