Did a short run in the AFA area off Blodgett drive. The trails were a mixture of mud (25%), ice (40%) and dry (35%). The higher road was mixed conditions, the lower road was mostly dry. The area just before joining the lower road was very muddy and icy.

Except for a few area, the bad spots can be avoided easily and are not so extensive as to make the run too much a hassle.
