2009 10 24 Fall Report

Its fall again. Seems like just a few weeks ago I was commenting about spring the the wildlife. So far in my wandering on the trails in the northwest sections of the city and on up into Greenland, I have seen only minor signs of bears. A lot less scat on the trails than in my yard... Maybe with the wet summer, there is a lot more forage in the higher areas for the bears to stock up on but I am seeing less signs of their presence right now. As alway tho, run safe and make noise so you don't surprise them.
