Waldo Canyon was in better shape that I had expected given the snow and rain we have had the past couple of days. Most of the open parts of the trail were dry. In the shaded areas in the loop section, there was snow patches but nothing serious. A couple of wet areas and some mud at the top on the far side where the soil is more dirt than gravel/granite.
